These rules establish the legal and operational framework for accessing and using the human resource management platform. By creating an account, you fully accept the terms described below.
The ConnectHR platform provides digital tools for technical recruitment, new employee onboarding, performance evaluation, and skills mapping. "Corporate user" means any registered legal entity holding an active account. "Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and not to allow access to unauthorized third parties. Any activity carried out through their account is the sole responsibility of the user. It is forbidden to use the platform for unauthorized data collection or for actions that may affect the integrity of the system.
ConnectHR is not liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, or actions of third parties. The platform is provided "as is," without explicit warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. The total liability of the operator for any direct damages shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
All data uploaded to the platform is stored on secure servers, with encryption in transit and at rest. ConnectHR implements technical and organizational measures compliant with ISO 27001 standards. The operator does not share user data with third parties without explicit consent, except in cases provided by law.
The operator reserves the right to modify these conditions with 30 days' prior notice. Non-acceptance of the new terms will result in automatic account termination. The user may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time through the support team. In case of a serious breach of the terms, ConnectHR may suspend or terminate the account without notice.
These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be settled amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest. For questions regarding the terms, you can contact the legal team at P-ța Frasinului 83, tel. 0347389341 or email info@reseaujeunessepn.com.
